ORDERS + SHIPPING

 

Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders. All orders are made and fulfilled in Los Angeles.

Once orders are fulfilled, shipping time will vary by location:

Domestic (US) : 3-7 business days

International (Outside US) : 5-20 business days

 

Orders are mainly shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For expedited or international orders, couriers UPS/ FEDEX/ DHL will be used. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Once the package is with the courier, danbi is not liable for shipments.

danbi is not responsible for customs duties that may incur on packages traveling outside of the US.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. If you believe an item you received is defective or damaged, an email must be sent to info@danbidanbidanbi.com no later than 3 days from delivery. We reserve the right to deny requests for exchanges.
